- Try logging in using the phone number and password you signed up with.
- Enter your entire number, including country code, without any zeros, plus signs, or other special characters.
- If you still cannot log in, this is likely a problem related to your web browser. Once you follow the instructions below, try logging in with the phone number and password you signed up with.
- If you are still unable to log in, or you forgot your password, try resetting your password through Mobile. You can do this by going to m.facebook.com on your mobile device’s web browser and clicking the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the phone number you signed up with and complete the instructions that follow.
- If you experience problems while resetting your password through Mobile, follow these instructions in step two, then try resetting your password again.
- If you have followed all of the above instructions and still cannot log in, click here.

I registered with my mobile number and now I can’t log in.
You can log in on your computer or your phone by using the phone number and password you created during the sign up process.
