My login email address is invalid or expired

1. Try logging in with any other email addresses you may have confirmed as alternate contact emails on your account. If an email address that you can still access is associated with an account, but you forgot your Facebook password, use this email address to reset your password here.
2. If none of your email addresses are associated with an account, see step two of the "I forgot my login email address" section on this help page.
3. If the only email address associated with an account is an email you can no longer access, click here.
